Kindly ensure to return your item(s) with all the tags attached in the original packaging. Returns may not be accepted if the tags have been removed, if the item has been soiled or damaged in any way.
The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly advise that purchases are returned via a tracked and signed service.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund. We’ll send an e-mail once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
